Point of Sale Service Agreements at Direct POS

An Direct POS Service Agreement is a Valuable Form of Insurance Which:

  • Includes unlimited support calls during the hours stipulated in the agreement at no extra cost.
  • Insures Priority service call response time
  • Provides for loaner equipment when requested and available, if your equipment cannot be repaired on-site
    (with the Hardware Service Agreement).
  • Helps extend your products life - making your investment pay off longer
  • Minimizes downtime keeping productivity at a maximum.

Phone and or Dial-In Support Agreement

Coverage 8am-5pm MST Monday-Friday

Direct POS will provide telephone and or dial-in technical support at no charge to the Customer during normal business hours. Phone dial in support includes answering general (how to) software questions, resolving system errors, and or other system malfunctions that arise during normal business operations. Dial in support may be used to resolve, investigate, or repair said malfunctions. Direct POS uses pcAnywhere software to dial in to the Customer's on-site PC. All "after" hours calls will be billed at Direct POS's normal "after" hours service rates.

Virtual Technician is a new hosted monitoring service from Direct POS that has the ability to remotely monitor and manage your POS server. Virtual Technician delivers a whole new level of premium service to you, never before available and can help reduce or even prevent downtime.

Depot Repair Agreement* (Ship-In, Carry-In)

Service to covered equipment is provided at our facility from 8am to 5pm MST, Monday to Friday ONLY. Parts and Labor are at no charge. The customer is responsible for incoming freight costs and RVP is responsible for return freight (ground).

*Direct POS does not provide loaner equipment while service is performed.

Hardware Service Agreement*

On site Parts and Service for covered equipment with travel to and from your site included. This also includes Phone and/or dial-in support during your Agreement's time frame.

Basic Coverage 8am - 5pm MST Monday - Friday
Extended Coverage 8am - 10pm MST 7 days Including Holidays
24/7 Coverage

*This Agreement is available to customers within 200 miles of Direct POS. Service required outside of your Agreement's covered time will be billed at the prevailing rates.
