What if I'm not completely happy?
It's important to us that you be happy with every service you purchase from us. We know that seeing is believing. We guarantee accurate and timely testing. If you feel the testing process or service was inferior for any reason please contact customer service so we can address the issue.

What if I want to return an item or something I ordered arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival)? DirectPOS provides a 30 day "window" in which items can be returned or exchanged. Please note that software is never reurnable unless you are upgrading. Restocking fee's may apply if the return is not the fault of DirectPOS. Return authorization is required before sending the product back to DirectPOS. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Please call 888.376.8144 to request a Return Authorization or to request a complete copy of our return policy.

Is online ordering safe?
We want you to be comfortable shopping online, and we understand the concern about online credit card security. So, like other major e-commerce websites, we take the handling of your important and sensitive personal and credit card information very seriously. To provide maximum security, we use industry standard and accepted SSL Secure Servers and Digital ID Certificate Encryption Protection technology, which automatically encrypts all information, including credit card numbers, before it leaves your web browser to travel to us across the Internet. The major Web browsers, including Netscape Communicator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, use this technology. To be sure this security technology is being used, in the Netscape browser look for a gold key or closed lock on the top and/or bottom status bar, and in the Microsoft browser look for a gold closed lock icon on the bottom status bar. What if there is an unauthorized use of my credit card?

In the very unlikely event that an unauthorized use of your credit card occurs because of any transaction at DirectPOS, IMMEDIATELY notify your credit card provider in the manner required by them and also contact us. We will investigate your claim and work with your credit card company to resolve the claim as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about this, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss this with you.

All of our retail consultants have gone through retail owner training, product training, and computer training. Most have actually managed a small retail store or restaurant. When you find the product you'd like to order, place the item in your "shopping basket" by clicking on a "highlighted" price or the "order" button. NOTE: The items you have selected will stay in your secure shopping basket until you check out (or end the current session). To see what items you've placed in your shopping basket, click on the "shopping basket" icon. While viewing your basket (before placing an order), you can remove an item from your basket, or increase or decrease the quantity of each item (assuming more than one item is available for purchase).

When you're done selecting the test packages, you can purchase the items you've placed in your shopping basket by clicking on the "Checkout" button and follow the easy steps for completing your order, which include credit card billing and shipping information. If the billing/credit card address and shipping address is the same, pressing the Continue button (at the bottom of that page) will automatically complete the shipping address.

NOTE: If your purchase will be shipped to a different address, you must fill in the recipient's shipping information. Please contact us, if you have any problems or questions about shopping with us.

How will I know you've received my order?

At the end of the order process, you will receive a confirmation as well as an order number. Please print out the confirmation page or make a note of this information for your future reference. This information will also be emailed to you shortly after you complete your order.

Does DirectPOS charge sales tax?

Because DirectPOS only provides services which are not taxable in most states and not in our local tax jurisdiction, we do not collect sales tax at this time.
