Payment Terms and Billing Arrangements
Direct POS accepts all major credit cards, cashier cheques, and business cheques. Schools and Government agencies, upon approval, can be billed under Net-10 terms.
Returns and Exchange Polices
Direct POS provides a 30 day return or exchange policy on all hardware. Any and all products require an RMA number before they can be returned. Returns or exchanges not the fault of Direct POS may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 100% of the original purchase price. Software is not returnable. Please email or call to have complete details of our return policy emailed or faxed to you.
Shipping Terms and Delivery Times
Supply orders paid by credit card will normally ship within one business day. Equipment orders will normally ship 1-7 business days from order date. Orders paid by check do not ship until the check has cleared the bank.
